UK public-sector tenders,
matched to your trade.

We check Find a Tender and Contracts Finder every day, summarise each tender in plain English and send subcontractors the ones that fit. Free to join.

Last awarded shows the value of the most recent comparable contract from the same buyer, taken from an official award notice (linked). It’s a guide, not a forecast, and we only show it when we find a credible match. Summaries are short excerpts or AI-assisted summaries of the official notice. Always read the full notice on the official site before bidding. Values as published by the buyer; framework and DPS values are estimated totals across all suppliers.

    How it works

    1. 1

      We scan daily

Every morning we read new notices on Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, the UK government’s official procurement portals.

    2. 2

      We summarise & filter

Each tender gets a plain-English summary and is tagged by trade, region, value and deadline, so you skip the noise.

    3. 3

      You get matched

Subcontractors get the tenders that fit, plus introductions to bidders who need them. Want help bidding? We do that too.

New · Bid pack · done for you

We prepare your bid. You sign it off. Not another DIY AI tool.

    • Evidence-backed answers: every answer tied to your own evidence and the official notice, with no generic filler. Buyers can ask whether AI was used and run extra checks (PPN 017), so it’s written to stand up to that scrutiny
    • AI tender summary: what the buyer wants, key dates, evaluation weightings and red flags
    • Compliance & format checklist: mandatory documents, word limits, templates, pass/fail questions
    • Scope of work: the work broken into packages you can deliver or subcontract
    • 2–3 matched subcontractor quotes: from subcontractors in our network matched to the packages you need
    • Supply-chain section, ready to paste: named subcontractors, their roles, how you oversee quality, and a back-up partner for each package. That’s what the Home Office’s SME/VCSE bid pack (October 2026) asks bidders to show

Every pack is checked against the official notice and gets a human sign-off: you review and approve it before anything is submitted.

    How our fees work

    Subcontractors
Free to join. Signing up and receiving matched tenders costs nothing.
    Bid pack
A fixed fee per tender, plus an optional success fee agreed up front if you win.
    Bid support
A fixed fee, quoted in writing before any work starts. Any success-linked element is optional and agreed up front.
    Tender sourcing
Businesses can pay for a curated, researched shortlist of tenders for their niche. Price agreed in advance.
    Introduction fees
Both sides pay, and both see the fees in writing before every introduction. Bidders pay a fixed fee, confirmed in writing before the introduction, when we introduce them to a matched subcontractor. Subcontractors pay 5% of the value of work they win through the introduction, capped at £3,000, and nothing if they don’t win. See our introduction fee terms.

We never charge buyers, and no fee buys influence over any public procurement decision. Winning a contract is never guaranteed.

    Questions

    Is TenderBender a government website?

No. TenderBender is an independent, privately run service. We are not part of, affiliated with or endorsed by the UK Government, Crown Commercial Service, Find a Tender or Contracts Finder. We link to the official notice for every tender, and you always apply through the official route.

Is it really free for subcontractors?

Joining and receiving matched tenders is free, for subcontractors and bidders alike. If an introduction from us leads to work you win, you pay an introduction fee of 5% of that work’s value, capped at £3,000. If you don’t win, you owe nothing. We also earn from bid support, bid packs, tender sourcing, and fixed introduction fees paid by bidders. See how our fees work.

Where do the tenders come from?

From public notices on Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, checked daily. Some Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish tenders appear there too; dedicated portals such as Public Contracts Scotland and Sell2Wales are not covered yet.

    How are the summaries made?

We use AI to help summarise and categorise each notice, then link to the original. Summaries can miss details, so always read the full official notice and tender documents before deciding to bid.

Will you help me win a contract?

We help you find the right tenders and write a stronger bid, but buyers decide independently and no one can guarantee a win. We never claim to have won contracts we haven’t.

    How do introduction fees work?

Both sides of an introduction pay. The bidder pays a fixed fee, confirmed in writing beforehand, when we introduce them to a matched subcontractor. The subcontractor pays 5% of the value of the work they win through that introduction, capped at £3,000, and nothing if they don’t win. Before every introduction, both sides get the fees in writing, and anyone can decline. Decline, and there’s no introduction and no fee. Full details are in our introduction fee terms.

    What does “Last awarded” mean?

Where we can find one, we show the value of the most recent comparable contract awarded by the same buyer: same organisation, a similar title or category, taken from an official Contracts Finder or Find a Tender award notice, with a link to it. It’s a guide to budget, not a prediction. If we can’t find a credible match, we show nothing.

Do I need to register on the government’s Central Digital Platform?

Yes, if you want to bid for or win UK public contracts. Under the Procurement Act 2023, from 1 April 2026 buyers must publish a supplier’s unique identifier (from free registration on the Central Digital Platform via Find a Tender) on notifiable below-threshold Contract Details Notices. Register once, keep your details current, and you avoid last-minute blocks when a buyer needs your PPON. TenderBender does not replace that registration: we help you find and match tenders; you still bid and register on the official platforms. Official guide: how to use the Central Digital Platform.

How do I unsubscribe or delete my data?

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To delete your details completely, email tenderbender@mail.grokbot.com and we’ll do it promptly.
